The 31st Flagg Mineral Foundation Minerals of Arizona Symposium will be held Saturday, April 13, 2024.
The venue will be the Southeast Regional Library, 775 N. Greenfield Rd., Gilbert, AZ 85234.
The 2024 symposium marks the 31st anniversary of this event!
The symposium will have a one day format this year (8AM to 5PM) and will include mineral sales, lectures, and a variety of other mineral related events. This years topics highlight field collecting and will include a study regarding the identification of the origin of Bisbee turquoise and the Sweet Home mine. There will be several dealers including the premiere by Shannon Family Minerals of a 10,000 piece collection of micromounts and thumbnail specimens.
A full agenda, cost and registration form will appear on our website by mid-January.
Lunch and refreshments will be included!

Election of trustees and officers.
Pre-show sale following the annual meeting will premiere portions of the A.L. Flagg thumbnail collection and specimens from the Richard Flagg and Bob Weaver collections. Only members in good standing (meaning those who have paid their dues for 2024) will be allowed to attend.
Steve Kaminski will be available for 30 minutes prior to the start of the general meeting to accept dues.
Payment can also be made by check or by Zelle to the Flagg Mineral Foundation.

Daniel Ulibarri is a collector and dealer of fine mineral specimens. His first encounter with minerals was at the age of seven and the forms and colors blew his mind. Today he is one of two owners of the Victoria Mine in Navajún,Spain known for the perfect Cubic Pyrite. He also was in charge of the La Morita mine project. A project that produced some of the world’s best Wulfenite specimens.
Daniel is constantly traveling around the world looking for minerals. He loves finding aesthetic, undamaged and unique pieces for his customers and collection.
